I called early Monday morning and held for over 35 mins before someone answered. The Flawless Spa was a gift from my daughter but I noticed my hook received with the Spa was a big metal hook ... and in all the ads there was a nice cute plastic hook. I was told they upgraded the hook. So, if you're wondering why you received a big metal hook with your Spa ... that's the reason why. I guess the plastic hook didn't stay on the wall as you showered.
