J. Damon LaBlue & Mike Mamelli Jr Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend Mike Mamelli of Mamelli Custom Luxury Homes (aka All Service Industrial) or architect J. Damon LaBlue of JDL Designs. We were required to pay approximately half of the total cost of our home addition, along with an additional deposit, before work began. We were told excavation for the footers would begin the following week, but our project experienced significant delays. JDL Designs directed the subcontractor to remove approximately 20 feet of our front-room and kitchen interior wall to prepare for the installation of glass sliding doors. The work was abruptly halted after it was discovered that the project could result in the county issuing a red tag on our home due to permitting or code compliance concerns. As a result, the large opening in the wall was only temporarily covered with rough drywall and tape, leaving the area unfinished. In addition, the power to our electrical outlets was cut off along the entire length of the front-room and kitchen walls leaving us without usable electrical service on that side of our home. In our view, this work was not performed in good faith or with proper planning. Despite the significant disruption and damage caused to our home, JDL Design has still not accepted responsibility or restored the affected area. From our perspective, the architectural portion of the project took nearly a year to complete. During that time, communication was extremely difficult. Our phone calls often went unanswered, and we struggled to get updates on the status of our plans. When the plans were finally submitted for approval, they were rejected because of numerous errors that had to be corrected. As a result, we hired a new architect and engineer to completely redraw the plans, resulting in additional expense and delays. After requesting a refund for work we believed was not completed satisfactorily, the situation became contentious. During one interaction, a disagreement with John Damon LaBlue escalated into a hostile situation. We experienced John Damon LaBlue unwilling to work with us in a professional manner to collaboratively resolve the conflict in effort to bring the matter to a close which further complicated an already difficult situation. As a result, we were unable to recover all our funds and starting over has caused us a substantial financial burden. Overall, we found the experience to be frustrating and disappointing. In our opinion, the communication, professionalism, and handling of our project did not meet our expectations. Based on our experience, we would not choose to work with these individuals again.

I ordered a wooden stool from Wooden Twist on 6th June 2026, and it has turned out to be a highly frustrating experience. The product arrived completely damaged with two legs entirely broken. The delivery was handled by Blue Dart courier.Ever since the delivery, I have been continuously following up with Wooden Twist's support team over WhatsApp(+91-9084302132) and phone. Each time, I am met with the exact same scripted excuse: "We are checking with the courier." On two separate occasions, their team instructed me to paste a return courier label on the box, claiming a pickup would be scheduled. However, absolutely no one from Blue Dart or any other courier service has ever contacted me.It has been weeks, and it is blatantly obvious that Wooden Twist is just dragging its feet and delaying the process to avoid processing a return or refund. They are hoping customers will simply give up. Extremely unprofessional behavior and absolute zero accountability for shipping damaged products. Save your money and avoid this brand!

Op de eerste en belangrijkste plaats willen wij onze dank uitspreken over Stefan en Inge (van Roan): steeds als wij hen nodig hadden waren zij zeer snel ter plekke en steeds hebben zij ons naar volle tevredenheid geholpen. Maar: * in de caravan waren GEEN place mats; * er was geen ovenschaal(tje); * er waren GEEN passende deksels; * er waren GEEN handleidingen voor oven, airco en vaatwasser; * geen badmat: bij de douchedeur aan de scharnierkant stond water, omdat bij het laatste stukje van de deur de rubber ontbrak; * de eindschoonmaak ( € 75,00); wij hebben het verschillende keren gezien: binnen 20 minuten waren de schoonmakers verdwenen!!!!!!! Desondanks hebben wij een fijne vakantie doorgebracht op een hele mooie camping en, nogmaals, mede dankzij Stefan en Inge !!!!!!

I was constantly being directed to advertisements for this company when I was online I was interested in the product and the price seemed fair so eventually I decided to order a couple of their bras as I needed new ones my experience ended up being beyond frustrating being misdirected and in my opinion misled during the checkout process they showed the exact bras that I had just ordered at a cheaper price so it appeared that they were offering my order at for less so I tapped on that what I ended up with was a bill that was a lot more money than I was prepared to spend four bras instead of two the two ones I had initially ordered in the size that they recommended through their website didn't fit it all it was the ones that I had accidentally ordered because of the misdirection. contacting customer service and trying to get resolutions to all of this was beyond frustrating it ended up taking over 4 months to get refunded for the returns that I provided not being able to speak with a human being was the worst part and I think the reason for all the time it took and all of the frustration as well their website to me and in my opinion is not user friendly the way the checkout process goes I consider to be deceptive where you end up ordering more things and paying more money than you expect to and then getting the refund and returning those items in my opinion was an absolute nightmare it took me three weeks to get this done and another three months to get a refund worst business practice I've ever dealt with online or otherwise. I would not recommend that anybody go through the online or website to purchase their items some of their items are actually available at Walmart possibly even less money. they also charge you a fee for the refund so you don't get a full refund for the money you've already submitted to this company I spent over $200 unintentionally and received less than the price of the two bras that I returned pardon me three bras I returned this whole process as I said took months

I love this site

Our experience with exotica was incredible thanks to our guide Mehmet and our driver Ferit. Mehmet’s knowledge of the history of Türkiye was delivered with sincerity and ease. Ferit’s warm smile and welcome every morning was contagious. Each man worked diligently to make our experience memorable. I cannot say enough good about either one. They made the trip what it was. If we were ever to return to Türkiye, I would only return if Mehmet was leading the group. That is how good he is. We certainly never felt unsafe with Ferit at the wheel of the bus. Incredible! My husband and I would highly, very highly recommend a tour lead by Mehmet and driven by Ferit. We have travelled many tours (Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Greece and France to name a few) with Exotica but this tour was the best mainly because of these two gentlemen and the excursions we selected.
