Your order was delivered 6 Days ago! We of course send you a copy of your order and shipping documents "AUTOMATICALLY" that is communication. If you did not receive those then you should look for them in your spam folder. What other type of communication were you expecting regarding your order? Please provide more information about the scam you are referring to. We really need to know what you think you are talking about. Once the order is placed, our company handles processing and shipping. This has been our standard procedure for over 11 years, resulting in more than 10,000 orders fulfilled. The process is straightforward, and, unfortunately, individuals like yourself can ruin the online shopping experience for others. Your order shipped and was delivered on the 12th of August. Why would this review post on the 18th? The tracking number is 9400136106025192675728.

Good Customer Service
Delivered to the wrong address initially but contacted them on a Saturday night and they were there to help me! The man I spoke to offered to send a new one out Monday morning and I'm waiting on it for Christmas gifts. I did not mean to be such a grinch with my review, because this looks clearly like a USPS issue. 5 stars for now until proven otherwise. From a fellow nutmegger.

Halloween Story Walk
I created a Halloween story walk complete with a scene from the story. I used the button to record one key sentence from the story and attached the button to a tree. It works great!
