Avoid this company at all costs. The owner will harass you if you don’t leave five star reviews. The executive gold button disappoints and gets bad reviews on Amazon too but he can’t harass customers there. Also, he thought the product did what I wanted it to. He had NO IDEA it didn’t LOL. It’s his product and he didn’t know! Read below. I was disappointed that their newest model was a step down from their model years ago. I made an honest review and shared that information so other buyers would know. That’s when the harassment started by this business owner. The saddest part was that I had to teach him about his own product. I sent him a video and explained his own product to him. Which he thanked me for educating him ABOUT HIS OWN PRODUCT. Rather than being polite he was trying to get me to change my review but I wouldn’t because it was honest. Just look at his responses. There isn’t a proper business owner in the world that would attack a customer the way he does. If you look on Amazon, this button doesn’t get good reviews there either. 3.9 out of 5 because the button disappoints. He just can’t attack his customers on Amazon like he can here because Amazon wouldn’t stand for it. He should’ve just taken the constructive criticism and worked to make a new button that meets the needs of his customers. The gold 3 recording button I purchased from you folks years ago was better. I don’t like how once you press the button to play you can’t stop it. The old one you could. Then the owner of the company contacted me to tell me it did perform that way. I had to send him a video of his own button and how it worked. He had no idea what his own product did. “Years of refinement” LOL! They made the product worse AND he didn’t even realize it! Avoid these buttons and this company. If the owner lacks the level of intellect to know his own products, that’s a bad sign. Avoid at all costs.

Everyone on the internet understands that terrible people like you exist and that businesses have to deal with troublemakers like you; if you know this, Brian Quick, stay far away from him. But thank you for your false feedback. As anyone can see, our Amazon reviews are among the highest on their platform, further confirming Brian's constant battle with the TRUTH. However, it seems your review is not based on the product you received but rather a comparison to an older version that is no longer in production. "Used to be better," that is only your opinion. Our current product design reflects years of refinement based on customer needs and industry standards. While the functionality may differ from the previous version, it continues to offer a high level of quality, just like the product you received. We encourage you to evaluate the product's merits rather than compare it to a discontinued model, while leaving a FAKE review. If you lack that level of intellect, I suggest you stay off the internet.

A Lady I work with makes some of the best Banana bread I have ever tasted. We asked her several times to make more. It took getting this button, and programming a song about Banana bread to get her to make more. I also thought about buying banana hoodie for everyone in the office to do a flash mob to the banana bread song, but this button was more affordable. Thank-you custom easy button.

They were very happy to answer questions I had, and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for! My item was shipped only a few hours later, came in a box with an insert that kept the item in place for safety, and included a step by step instruction sheet on how to work it. Fantastic all around! The item itself was also just right, and the sound isn't bad at all! It may take a few times to get the right volume, since you may need to adjust distance between recordings, but that's not a problem whatsoever. Like many other reviews, mine is a silly gift for xmas, and I'm very excited. He's going to love it :) this was the perfect choice for sure
