Another Wonderful Batch of Buttons

Service was spotty but product was good
I'll lead with this: The buttons arrived a day later than requested but in time for our event and for LESS than the quoted amount because they were late. The buttons were good quality and a big hit with our constituents and I will probably use them again. The back story: I had a rush job and had to get them to correct the initial estimate because they didn't quote on what I asked them to quote on. I got two requests for approval for the artwork on two separate days, and I had to call on the day before the buttons were supposed to arrive because I hadn't received a shipping notice. They informed me they'd be a day late and that they'd cover the shipping.

We always strive for our customers to have a positive experience EACH time they order from our company. Unfortunately (in hindsight) we should have done a better job with regard to our quoting/coordination of this order. Thankfully I caught our error just in the nick of time, speaking with the customer and things worked out in the end. It was never our intention for this customer to experience stress during the ordering phase and we are truly sorry for this. I hope Rob will return to us in the future. M. Statman

Helpful and Timely
Working with Everyone Loves Buttons was a wonderful experience. They were responsive and helpful in a timely manner- our deadline and order were not easy to deal with and they got it done. We ordered our own custom design buttons with LED lights and they printed and delivered our product in a five day lead time. You should use them for any and all of your button needs!

Great Quality and Reliable Service! Lifetime Customer!
We purchased 2,500 buttons for our robotics team and they are superb. The plastic does not peel away and the artwork is very nice. Certainly will be a repeat customer and am very happy with the quality of the product. Thanks!
