They look great but they dont stay on
They look great but they dont stay on. I handed them out and everyone that had one including myself said they fell off and were lost. Id appreciate a replacement order i spent $30 on 5 buttons and they were all gone within a few hours.

The product description and especially …
The product description and especially shipping information was very poor so we never got to use the buttons as attended. It narrowed down to a costumer service that did not do a little bit extra to help us out with the shipping time etc. Two stars, the buttons did arrive (later than planned) and they where in fact buttons :-)

I'm sorry that your experience using our company was not a positive one. The product you purchased was a 3" round custom button and the delivery date chosen was 11/6/17 - as stated on the purchase receipt. I'm not sure how these items are not clear. Your order was placed on 10//26 and we shipped right away so that delivery occurred by 11/4 (2 days prior to the promised delivery date). If you had communicated to us that these buttons were needed before 11/4 than we would have been responsive to this need. M.S.

Wont do business here again
I dont understand how small companies last if repeat business doesn’t matter to them. I was disappointed with the way the final product came out. I contacted to let them know and was going to ask about reordering a small amount, but they immediately responded letting me know that it is my fault the buttons don’t look good and thats that. I wasn’t trying to get my money back, or get them to send me anything more than what already paid for. I wanted to work with them to get my button right. There are plenty of other companies locally that i can speak with someone in person and get the a better result easier than this. Im really disappointed with my experience here.

I'm please with the product but I am upset with the delivery
I listed one address for shipping, but had a different address for billing. The product was shipped to the billing address. I was not given any notice either by email or phone.

Great buttons/BAD listening skills!
The buttons were fine; however, they were shipped to the wrong address! I literally had to go to that person's home (UPS notified me of "address sent to") late at night to ask for my box of buttons. ATTENTION STAFF @ "EVERYBODY LOVES BUTTONS": In the future, READ BACK THE ADDRESS to the customer prior to entering into your system!

We sincerely apologize for inadvertently inconveniencing you due to our clerical error when typing your address in our system. This is an extremely rare occurrence in the 18 years that we have been shipping orders. We would gladly provide UPS ground shipping at our cost for another order you may place in the future.

good button, bad service
I called and spoke with someone to ensure delivery of the buttons on time. I upgraded the mailing cost to also ensure the delivery. They came 4 days after my event. I paid extra money and didn't get them in time.

Ms. Kurth, I was not aware that UPS hadn't delivered the package on time until reading this review and had not received an exception notice from UPS. I have reported the late delivery to my UPS rep who is researching why it had happened. I reread my UPS report and had correctly shipped the package on Thursday, March 26 via 2 day UPS sat delivery. Unfortunately UPS delivered this package in 3 business days as if it had been shipped by ground and it clearly had been corrected shipped. I am sorry that by the time the package had arrived it was past your deadline. If you wish to keep the buttons, I would be happy to refund you the total shipping amount of $38.00. If you wish to return them to us, I would be happy to refund you the ENTIRE cost of the order, including the shipping. Maura Statman

No attention to detail. Many of the buttons are off ceter.
I we needed the buttons for an event and had just enough time to get them without having to rush order. The buttons arrived and many of the were off center. I will not be using them again. Thank You

Stephen, I'm so sorry that all the buttons did not come out the way you expected them to. You are correct that indeed we did not implement our quality control policy to the fullest extent possible. The major issue involved our cutting of the graphics. The stack of paper tends to shift slightly at times during the die cutting process; however, we typically reject the mis-cut graphics during button production. Evidently were not diligent about doing this during the course of your order. I would be happy to either provide a refund for the bad buttons or will replace them. Maura Statman, President.
