I'm please with the product but I am upset with the delivery
I listed one address for shipping, but had a different address for billing. The product was shipped to the billing address. I was not given any notice either by email or phone.

In the last couple of days we have implemented a new system involving USPS integration to prevent this situation from occurring in the future. Personal Touch
We have asked ELB to design and make buttons for a Memorial Oktoberfest for 3 consecutive years. They are creative, expedient, and professional. They make adjustments and suggestions prior to your final approval, and delivery has always been by the promised date. Look forward to next years button... possibly even another event before then.

Printing on Buttons
I only wished that the website wasn't printed on the side of the buttons but other than that everything turned out well.

Taylor, I was disappointed to learn that you weren't 100% satisfied with the end result.We attempted to call you earlier today but our call did not go through to you. Our company tagline was present on the proof and customers can certainly opt out of It being printed on the graphics (visible only on the bottom underside of the button as you know). We always strive for 5 stars on all our reviews and want our customers to be completely happy and satisfied. Let us know if we can make things right by redoing your 200 buttons at our cost. simple and hassle-free
I re-ordered buttons for a conference. Had to submit new artwork - got an email with a proof in less than 24-hrs and had the buttons delivered to me the next week!
