Services and quality of work
Service was poor,lots of lying,and quality of work was poor!!! Services has gone down tremendously, yes a refund is most definitely in order please proceed with the refund process. Mrs.

Mr. Young, I was informed by our art dept that we have always dealt with your wife on the button orders. I am sorry that you (or she) did not have a positive customer experience with us during your last order. You (and your wife) have previously ordered with us TWICE. This particular order involved 4 revisions and you received digital proofs each time. Previous orders have involved 4-6 revisions. A request was made for us to edit a jpg in a word doc and it was explained that jpg's are rasterized images and NOT directly editable. Also, we wanted to mention that the take 10 discount is for first time online buyers. We have shipped out your orders in a timely manner and I would think that you wouldn't have come back to us a total of 3 times had you not been satisfied the first two. If you would like to return the product to us we would be willing to provide a full refund. M.S. I have noted that you wish to have a FULL refund.
