Great service and quality product!

The printing was very nice. I appreciate Robert’s work ethic and the quality of the skincare dropper bottle boxes.

We had an amazing experience working with Custom Boxes Lane on our PR boxes with custom inserts. Robert, our customer service representative, was excellent—providing super quick responses, thorough explanations of the process, and great attention to detail. He was incredibly helpful in solving issues with our sample boxes to ensure our final product fit perfectly. The team’s dedication and support made the entire process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

Robert is an excellent Customer Service Professional. He listened to me attentively, requested for samples or images, took the time to provide mock ups. He worked passionately on my project like it was his own. My game cards were beyond my expectations… very nicely done and packaged. He is a very patient and cooperative gentleman. It was a great pleasure working with Robert. He knows he has found a customer for life in me and I highly recommend him for any project that you are passionate about.

Excellent follow up and follow through. Great quality product and on time delivery.

Absolutely love working with this company they go above and beyond to make sure everything is just perfect. Have done business with them several times and I am very pleased.

We’ve been working with this company for a handful of months now and thus far it expectations have been met. Robert does a great job of staying on top of things, getting quotes/files to us in a timely manner and addressing issues & concerns. They price things competitively and most importantly— no hidden or surprise shipping costs. Everything you pay is in the initial quote.
