I order product boxes from this company and their products are amazing! The quality is top tier and the customer service is also.

Great service and quality product!

The product we received was decent. A few discrepancies in a long run with color, but nothing that required intervention. I should note that they didn't honor the price we received in our initial quote on that run and refused to change it. We were in a bind at the moment and went with it out of timing necessity. However, when it came time to get a new quote on a new design, we found ourselves facing significant sudden upcharges on a simpler design that weren't justified by current market happenings. When we asked about it, we were given an answer that blamed the market - despite a lack of supporting evidence. We ultimately switched because other companies offered the same services and quality for significantly less cost. But even after responding to an inquiry about whether or not we'd be moving forward with the quote given and telling CBL that we were still making decisions, we were not given the space to do that without frequent emails asking us again and again. When a client says they need to take time, give them that time. Ultimately, CBL was charging significantly more than other companies with better ratings and a larger number of happier customers across the web. So, we switched who we worked with. We politely let them know we were choosing to move forward with another company and thanked them. Then we received an email from the sales team member that was passive aggressive and attempted to utilize guilt manipulation and paint themselves as the wronged party. Extremely unprofessional. Normally we wouldn't respond to such a thing, but we chose to this time because the unprofessionalism was enough to warrant it. At that point we had to make it clear that we were cutting ties with no chance of working with them again in the future. If you choose to work with them, in our experience, your product will be fine. There's a lot of back and forth and small things that will need to be fixed and adjusted, but that seems pretty standard in this industry. However, we ended up not being thrilled with how they conduct business, and the same product at the same quality can be found cheaper through other suppliers.

The printing was very nice. I appreciate Robert’s work ethic and the quality of the skincare dropper bottle boxes.

Robert is an excellent Customer Service Professional. He listened to me attentively, requested for samples or images, took the time to provide mock ups. He worked passionately on my project like it was his own. My game cards were beyond my expectations… very nicely done and packaged. He is a very patient and cooperative gentleman. It was a great pleasure working with Robert. He knows he has found a customer for life in me and I highly recommend him for any project that you are passionate about.
