really great service...easy to work with and the finished product is top shelf

Stumbled across this company whilst seeking out a customer package provider that could assist us with high quality, profession curated pieces for our business. Customs boxes lane knocked or out of the park and exceeded all of our expectations. The products arrived exactly as we had discussed yet better than expected. Stellar quality, immediate turn around time and quick shipping. Plus Anna was an absolute gem to work with and followed up with answered to everyone of our questions and concerns. Will certainly be doing more business with custom boxes for the unforeseeable future.

I reached out to multiple companies to have custom boxes made for one of our products. There are several reasons we went with Custom Box Lane. Nathan (The representative that helped us) was prompt, responsive, friendly, helpful, patient and flexible. The pricing was significantly less than other quotes for the same item. Once the process started the communication between us, our representative and the design team was amazing. Any changes/ corrections were made quickly and another proof was sent until we had a final design. After which a final proof was sent and we requested for a physical proof to be sent to ensure that we had our dimensions correct. (Worth the little extra to get the physical proof) after we gave the final confirmation the production and shipping time was much quicker then we had anticipated. We are very satisfied all around with this entire process and will be ordering all packaging from them going forward.

Nate at Custom Boxes was great to work with! He listened and understood all of my needs and created the perfect box of my company! I would highly recommend!

Anna and Custom Boxes Lane we're great to work with. I had a very tight deliverable schedule and Anna did everything in her power to help me meet it. The boxes looked great and the attendees of our event loved the gifts we provided to them.

I had a great experience with this company and will be a returning customer.
