We ordered 500 boxes Sept 2025 and they arrived with all the wrong dimensions. It took me until March of 2026 to get a "resolution" which was them reprinting the boxes. They insisted on letting them try to fix the boxes instead of issuing a refund. The new batch of boxes that arrived were once again the wrong dimensions but this time also had red stains all over every single one. They promised me a refund in May, and it is now July and they will no longer respond to me. Stay far away from this business - they cannot be trusted!

Trust me when I say this! Stay the hell away from these scammers. They're fake from top to bottom: fake company location, fake names, fake positive reviews. Let me break it down for you. I ordered 100 custom boxes from them (6x6x6, one simple design) for my business. They asked for full payment upfront. I paid 490$USD. After a long delay, they finally sent me a proof, and it was full of unprofessional mistakes. I pointed them out, and then "Jeff," their salesman, called me. He started yapping, saying those mistakes wouldn't show on the final product and that everything would be high quality. His accent was heavy, and I couldn't understand half of what he was saying. He didn't sound like a "Jeff Hill" at all. That alone raised red flags. A few days later, I did some digging. And guess what? My gut was right. They're not based in Dallas, Texas like their site claims, they're operating out of Pakistan, printing everything there without ever disclosing that to clients. So I confronted them. Told them I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back because they lied. Then "Jeff" calls me again "crying", begging me not to cancel. I asked him flat out: -- Is your name even Jeff Hill? -- No sir. -- Are you based and printing in Dallas like your website says? -- No sir, we print in Asia." -- Where exactly? -- Our offices are based in U.S and Asia -- Where do you print the boxes? -- The boxes are printed in Pakistan, sir. -- So you're operating under a fake name and deceiving customers by making them believe they're ordering boxes from Dallas, Texas, while in reality, you're printing them in Pakistan and shipping overseas without disclosing that to the customers? -- Sorry for that Sir. And this guy had the nerve to promise me again swearing that the quality would be great, even if it's printed in Pakistan. I gave him the benefit of the doubt (my mistake), told him to at least send me a sample. Weeks pass. More lies. Delays. Excuses. Finally, he sends me a photo of the sample. And guess what? It's garbage. The box was misprinted and didn't even match the approved proof. So I told them to cancel the order and at least refund me 50% of what I paid. Did they? Of course not. They hit me with more BS: "We have to check with the manager, blah blah blah. Day after day, same story. Then they told me they found the manager and that the manager agrees for the partial refund, "We now need CEO approval for the refund" haha crazy dudes. And remember I only asked for half my money back to end this fast, since they've already wasted my time and even though I never got neither want the product. Kindness doesn't work with these kind of people. They'll take your money, feed you lies. I'm disputing this with my bank to get all my money back since I didn't receive anything and I don't want their low-quality crap. These people are scammers, and I swear I'll expose their site for what it really is I wouldn't bother to write a review but since they won't even return 50% of the money I spend. (EDIT: After seeing my online reviews, they called me and refunded 50% of my money.) If you've already been scammed by this shady company, please report them to Google. I will do everything I can to prevent others from going through this same nightmare. I've been ordering products online for the last 20 years this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. We ordered 50,000 boxes with Custom Boxes Hub/Custom Luxury Boxes, and I cannot begin to emphasize enough that all businesses of any type should stay away from this fraudulent, unethical company who does not possess the competence to do business. Here are the reasons that support these statements: Key Issues: Deceptive Misrepresentation: On January 8, 2025, we placed an order for 50,000 boxes. The initial sales representatives, "Chris" and "Sam," explicitly stated that production would occur in Dallas, Texas, to meet our critical need for rapid turnaround within the United States. This proved to be false. Breach of Contract and Missed Deadline: After three weeks without sample production, we sought to terminate the agreement and receive a full refund. "Sara" intervened, guaranteeing delivery of the complete order by February 17th, with proactive communication at every stage. This promise, made in writing, was a deliberate deception to prevent us from withdrawing our order. The February 17th deadline was missed, causing irreparable harm to our company. Incompetence and Miscommunication: "Sam," "Chris," and "Sara" exhibited a profound lack of professionalism and effective communication, providing evasive and unreliable information throughout the process. Significant Business Disruption: Our order did not get delivered on 02/17 as promised. The bind this created for our company caused damage beyond repair. Our stakeholders, influencers, marketing team, and customers who were relying on these boxes to film, post, and edit, and enjoy, were all left waiting. This has not only disrupted our marketing efforts and customer relations, but has jeopardized our relationships with key partners and severely impacted our brand's reputation. Order Discrepancy: Upon delivery, we discovered a shortage of 4,000 boxes, requiring us to manually count the shipment to identify the discrepancy. Unethical Business Practices: False Address and Misrepresentation: Our investigation revealed that Custom Boxes Hub/Custom Luxury Boxes is not a registered tenant at the address listed on their website (13601 Preston Rd. Ste. 104W Dallas, TX. 75240 and North Central Expressway 13111, 75243, Dallas, United States, despite their claims of operating and producing from that location. We have reported this to the property manager, and there is an active investigation. Deceptive Use of Aliases: Every one the employees adopt a fabricated name for the sake of "ease of pronunciation". None of the employees that you communicate with will display their real name. Even their emails all have the fake, adopted name. Unacceptable Customer Service: “Chris, “Sam”, and “Sara”’s were the sole reason for the decay of the business relationship. They were, at every turn, disrespectful, dismissive, and utterly failed to meet the needs that we paid for at the volume we did. Their refusal to acknowledge their shortcomings only compounded the issue. We were offered an initial store credit of $500 for the disaster, which was like trying to put sugar on top of a rotting maggot-filled pile of cow manure. We were eventually able to negotiate a more substantial refund after extensive engagement with their CEO and owner, which took us 2 weeks of constant pushing.

Totally a scammer company. They literally lie about just about everything and have remorse once you call them out. After the first couple of lies we started doing some digging and found out that the address they have listed is also false. They are not based in the U.S. like they said they were. We called the property manager for the building listed as their address on their website and she told us she has never heard of this company. They lied about being able to get us our order in the time we requested. They thought they could get away with sending us 4000 less boxes than we paid for (until we counted every single one and caught them). They then aggreged to send it out in a week. We have over 80 plus email exchanges with them to confirm all of this. This company is a scam.

WORST BOX COMPANY EVER. Giving them a 1-Star Rating is BEYOND generous. Rather than get into a long drawn out story on all the events that transpired (lie after lie after lie after lie...) I just want to WARN YOU TO RUN LIKE HELL FROM USING THEM. Most dishonest company I have ever worked with, and I don't even know if they really are in the Dallas TX location as it took over 4 months after placing an order to arrive, AFTER sitting in CUSTOMS for over 2-1/2 months of which I wasn't even aware that my boxes were outsourced overseas. And, when they arrived, WORST PRINT JOB EVER - super pixelated images instead of using my Hi-Rez AI file.I was told that if I wanted my high res file printed, I needed to let them know ahead of time. You can't be serious!! They were. SERIOUSLY, SAVE YOURSELF A CRAP TON OF FRUSTRATION by finding a more reputable USA company. Less is not always best, you get what you pay for. •••They should be investigated for their SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES ••• they have a fake USA address that they post on their website. Don't get duped by these Scammers. UPDATE 3/13: I had posted a negative 1 star review about them on GOOGLE with photos of the crappy print job, and Google took it down. Shame on them. People need to know how bad this company is, and telling the truth so others don't get burned is why you review a company.

One of the worst company to deal with, the shipment came from Lahore Pakistan and they claimed to be in USA. All boxes were badly damaged and misprinted with glue spots, Lamination was peeling off and fingerprints and scratches all over the surface, i asked for return the same day and never heard from them. They stop picking up my calls i left too many voice notes and emails but no response yet. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they send you one of the worst product ever.
