Custom Boxes HubReviews of customboxeshub.com

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got to explain, in depth, everything I wanted and I received just that and I was very satisfied with my order. Thank you!

We ordered 500 boxes Sept 2025 and they arrived with all the wrong dimensions. It took me until March of 2026 to get a "resolution" which was them reprinting the boxes. They insisted on letting them try to fix the boxes instead of issuing a refund. The new batch of boxes that arrived were once again the wrong dimensions but this time also had red stains all over every single one. They promised me a refund in May, and it is now July and they will no longer respond to me. Stay far away from this business - they cannot be trusted!

The customization was up to the mark and timely delivered, much preference to CBH

I’m without words these guys went beyond to help my vision box come to reality , very communicative since day 1 to the day my product was delivered if I could give 100 SATARS I WOULD !!!! I also want to thank Mr Jeff who was the one who was in charge of my project also his partner yenson !!! Thank yall so much guys !!!

Very easy to work with! Who would have thought there would be so many details to cover with packaging, but here we are! Jeff made it easy and was really on top of our communications. This is my second time ordering from them and would certainly do it again.

These guys are the real deal! We went from a design, to order, to sample to spec and production in one month. Anna was responsive, the team fixed some technical issues with the design (limitations based on physical materials) and got us over the finish line. I’ll be using them long term for my packaging and you should too!

Anna did a wonderful job throughout the process. She was timely and responsive.

Easy and quick
