Custom AutomotiveReviews of customautoonline.com

These guys are great! Dustin reached out to me multiple times making sure i had the correct options chosen for my rim and tire package. He even went as far as sending me detailed pics of what they would look like on my exact make and model. Such a great buying experience, I would never purchase another set from anyone else!

Custom Automotive is a fantastic family business to buy your wheel and tire needs! The same day I placed my order, Dustin reached out to me to adjust my order because he already knew the tire size I had on my order wasn't going to fit under my truck without some serious trimming. I have never ordered tires or wheels before, so I really needed the advice! He took the time to explain how the tire sizing works so I understood exactly what he was talking about when trying to refer the right size tire for my truck that would still satisfy the look I was going for. He even sent me pictures of a truck with the same kind of set up I was looking for to show me what I would be getting. Even when the shop was closed for the weekend he was still there to answer any questions I had. I was nervous about ordering such an expensive purchase online without having actually seen what I was buying in real life. But Custom Automotive really put all my worries to rest and was there every step up the way from packaging in the shop to what to look for when my purchase arrived at my house. I'll be using Custom Automotive for any future purchases and referring them to everyone I know who wants new tires!

Excellent family business and great one on one customer service. Dustin was very helpful in selecting my wheel and tire package. Shipping was on-time and well packaged to my UPS Freight facility.

Great to deal with. Highly recommend this company. wheels and tires arrived on schedule. the packaging was done in a way to protect the wheels during shipping. Dustin kept me informed thru out the process. Good people and Great Service.

Absolutely LOVE my new wheel/tire package. Dustin was the best in helping me understand and choose the right size for my jeep. Not to mention the were delivered FREE, right to my door, and road ready. We had them on my jeep that evening! I will definitely be a repeat customer for my future vehicles.

I looked around for my rims for around half a year. I was going to get them from custom offset, but they were out of stock. To my surprise, custom autome motive also had the cheapest option that I have found. They were also free shipping and handling, free mounting, and lug nuts. Dustin was great with getting to my emails answering all the questions I had. Overall a top-notch company with great products

Absolutely amazing company I'm from Wv and called out there and talked to Dustin and I wanted a nice set of wheels and tires but was on a budget so sure enough he found and cut me the absolute best deal I could imagine on my Helo max wheels wrapped in 35-12.50-17 Nitto Mud Grapplers Mounted and balanced and new lugs right to my door so give them a call and ask for Dustin to save money and get the wheels and tires you want just got mine in and now my friend liked my deal so much hes ordering a set now Thanks guys

Second purchase from Florida! Hands down, the easiest and most cooperative company I have worked with. I am active duty military, and both times ordering, Dustin had agreed to purchase requested items, but hold till I get back from overseas! Will be back, also referring all Florida friends!
