This was terrible customer service
This was terrible customer service, I am only leaving a one star because it is required... I waited an hour just for a quote on a set of tires while multiple employees were helping another customer. Then I was ridiculed for coming at 3:45 because the employee was ready to go home. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy, terrible service with an incredible amount of disrespect.

Oh Rupp, I know you're real young, so I'm going to give you a pass on that alone. I'm as laid back as they come, yet I find myself biting my tongue on this one. This is Dustin, the one that carried no less than 4 sets of wheels out to your truck so you could take pictures of them by your truck, the one that talked to you about different offsets and how they would sit on your truck, what size tires you could run with different size wheels, the one that showed you pictures I found online of what other wheels would look like in your size so you could see them in your actual size, the one that talked to you about and priced different types of lift kits, the one that kept looking for the wheel you wanted while you went to the front to talk to your parents. 3-5 on Friday is usually our busiest 2 hours of the week, and yet I provided all this in that time. We had 3 salesman from 3-5 and we were busy yes, but I gave you everything you asked and more during that time, missed multiple phone calls so I could continue to help you. Finally at 5 Roy told you he needed to leave because his 83 year old wife is at home and he had to close up and go check on her and you should come back again when we had more time to look at more options. He said you replied that you had been here since 3:45. To give you the time I gave you while we were short of help and as busy as we were, to then get a 1 star Review for it, is a slap in the face and one I won't forget.
