Quick delivery. Nice color and size. Firm. Assembly was not too difficult as my wife was able to get it set up by herself before I got home. She said it did take her awhile to put together though. The bed portion does not fold as easily as shown or advertised. The bed portion fits tightly in the couch making it hard to unfold quickly. Also the unfolding mechanism isn't actually attached as it is just a piece of velcro fabric that comes undone every time you unfold the couch.

Easy to assemble, though I'd recommend two people when putting on the couch cover. Once assembled it is extremely easy to switch from couch to sleeper and back again. The mattress is very firm, so if you don't like really firm mattresses I'd suggest getting an extra pad, like a memory foam to put under the topper.

Communication was excellent, i made a last minute change to the color even after placing and order and it was done accordingly. The quality of this futon is made of a high quality material.

I absolutely love my new sleeper sofa. I purchased it in green and love the color. The size is great and easily converts into a sleeper which is exactly what I was looking for. It is a bit firm but overall comfortable. I highly recommend this sleeper sofa!

Just received my cushie. Very easy to put together and very comfortable to seat on. Haven't try to sleep in it yet but looking forward to.

Cushie did a great job. There was zero hassle and the sofa arrived very quickly. It was pretty straightforward to put together and while it needs some slight breaking in, it's pretty comfortable and nice looking. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a sleeper sofa. Putting it into sleeper mode is incredibly easy as well!

The sofa bed is very easy to put together, looks nice in the space, and works well as a sofa bed pull out in our basement. The couch portion is a tad stiff, but we hope it gets broken in with time!

I love this sofa sleeper. The bed is very comfortable, that was my first priority for guests. It’s also really nice looking and I love that you can wash the cover. Assembly was a little more difficult than I expected but easy with 2 people. I had a small issue with one of the pieces upon delivery but customer service was amazing. Very responsive and they resolved the issue quickly.
