Hi Katlyn, Thanks for sharing your concerns. Checking on your order, I see you bought an ultra-firm post-surgery product in size large. The correct way to choose your size is to measure the bust, waist, and hips and select the size considering the measurements you got and what the size chart on the products indicates. About the return process, we got your item returned on May 10th, and after looking over the product, we went ahead with your refund on May 18th.
