When items were in my cart it show free shipping. When the order charge went through I was charged $89 for the two items I purchased on sale and a massive $113.45 for shipping. I tried to cancel the order immediately (within 2 minutes of placing it) but of course couldn’t reach anyone on line or by phone. Frankly, I don’t care if the items are good or bad - the shipping charges are eye watering, and the customer service non existent. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and buy from somewhere else. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone.

Long delivery times. Sizing poor . Nothing like the footage of them when they are sold. Tight small sizing. Don’t waste your money.

I’ve been searching for a new shapewear brand after my go-to company went out of business. I decided to try Curvees and ordered the high-waisted, mid-thigh shorts in both size L and XL, as I wasn’t sure which would fit best. After trying on one pair (briefly and over underwear), I decided the quality didn’t meet my expectations and returned both items. I was later contacted by a customer service representative, Lucia, who informed me I would only be refunded for one of the items — the one still sealed — because the other had supposedly been worn and returned with visible stains. A photo was attached, but it did not appear to be the item I had returned. The item from Curvees looked significantly more worn than what I had sent in as I never wore it. I reached out twice for clarification and received no response. Buyers should be aware that the product quality is not on par with other shapewear brands, and that the return process can be questionable. I strongly recommend documenting everything ,photos or videos, before returning items, as my experience suggests this company may not handle returns in good faith. It’s disappointing to see a company resort to these tactics instead of standing behind its products and customer service. I have no doubt they’ll claim the item was worn, but I stand by the fact that I did not return it in the condition they alleged. It’s clear this company is more interested in holding onto a sale than conducting business honestly.

One star because I couldn't go lower,. This product was a complete waste of money, terrible product with a complete misguide about the real size. Also horrible customer service as I've called multiple times and no one answers the phone, was planning on buying again after the first order but after this, I will never buy from this company ever again, and will recommend people to do the same.

The material of the bra was rough and abrasive! When I asked for a mailing label to return the item the same day I received it I was told that I had to not only pay for shipping to get the item but also pay to return it!! So basically it cost me $23.00 to try on your bra!! Lucia emailed it’s on your website that the customer has to pay for returns and I never saw it so I went to check… after looking through lots of screens I was able to find it and it’s pretty well hidden so more than likely the only ones seeing it are those unsuspecting customers that now have a reason to go searching for it!! I doubt if you buy from Curveez from Amazon they can pull this crap so would check that route before buying anything from Curveez… but.. their prices are higher there than their website! BUYER BEWARE!
