I still haven’t received my order. I contacted the company via message and I did not receive the response I was expected. It was kind of “sit down and wait for the package to arrive” kinda.
Response from CurveezDec 28, 2023
Hey there, Anne! Thanks for reaching out to us and sharing your concerns! I checked with our Customer Service team, and it looks like you chose the economy shipping option for your order. This option usually takes between 5 to 7 business days for package delivery, and I'm happy to say that your order was shipped on December 5th and delivered on December 12th, which is within the expected delivery time frame of 5 business days :) If there's anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9405511206217876472580 Thanks!!
