As a driver I would say they offer the absolute bare minimum and work up just a couple dollars at a time. You have cars stealing deliveries that are supposed to be for trucks and vans and they don't do anything about it. So if you have a pickup truck or a work van your chances of making any significant money or slim to none. The text number and the help number they are there when they need you but when you need them they don't ever reply. My guess is is they flake out in about a year get taken over by someone who did it right and treated their employees right.

Mobile App is horrible. Unable to communicate with drivers unless you reach out to Curri to receive contact info. Plus side, some drivers are very fast and direct on getting orders picked up and dropped off. On other side, some drivers make you question yourself on why use the service when it was faster to pick it up yourself.

driver got a flat on the way to our customer. the only way i found out i had to call in and see what was taking so long.

Driver Was late for arrival and took a long time to due the delivery. My Rep was fantastic to report the issues and gave us a credit so 3*

please improve schedule pick up time.

Utilize curri for your ability to locate a driver at the drop of the hat to take care of a customer. Due to my service area size this service the time to pickup has been increasing extended, even when rescheduling the delivery 24 hours in advance.

The good: 1. The time between entering the delivery into the system to the time of pick up is usually pretty quick especially car pick ups. 2. Most of the drivers are friendly. 3. most deliveries get done without any issues The Bad: 1. After a multistop delivery is entered into the "Book" stage a stop can't be changed without canceling and rebooking the whole multistop delivery. 2. Customer support is too time consuming. I should be able to contact the driver that has the delivery when a change needs made. Whether that be by text or call or even some way of having the driver notified that he needs to call the place that he picked up from. There are too many steps and it's too delayed when you do this thru the current customer service. 3. There needs to be a uniformed way the ALL drivers pick up their delivery. When i ask "which one are you picking up" most times they just hold there phone out for me to scroll threw and figure it out. They all should either use the delivery number or the destination of the delivery as their reference and they should be able to tell you this when you ask which one they are picking up. 4. They need to speak English or at least be able to communicate to me when picking up and to our customer that they are delivering to.

It took a long time to find a driver and it took a long time for the driver to get here. When we set up a delivery it would be good to have an option to pick "quickest available vehicle". The product will fit in a car but if all you have is a truck available then send the truck. Sometimes speed is more important than price.
