Prior to arriving to my home, it said the delivery driver was here via home depot website. My wife ended up calling him and he spoke to her in a condescending fashion and referred to her as young little lady when she is 34 years old. When he arrived here we greeted each other normally. He went to grab a bag, and I offered and my extended arms to grab the mulch from him to assist him. His response with attitude was "I’m gonna line them right here otherwise we’ll be here all day". So I let him pull a few bags from the van and then kindly asked him if it was OK if I bring them into the house. His response with attitude was"I’m not gonna bring them into your home". As a military service member I let him know that he didn't need to have an attitude with me. He proceeded with a response with "I can take these bags back if you don’t like it". The man proceeded by closing the van door without saying anything else and driving off with the rest of the mulch. He came back five minutes later without calling or notifying me that he had returned and left the bags in the middle of the sidewalk, blocking any flow of pedestrian movement. If a elderly lady or man came by who was in a wheelchair or with assisted device, they would not be able to pass the way he laid them. After he laid the bags, he left without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. I am an active duty military man who does not deserve that kind of disrespect nor do others. Moving forward, I will let other military and veteran personnel know about this experience and to use other competitor services based on this experience.

The driver support is terrible. The reliability of the the team there is poor. Drivers can not speak to anyone directly both when on a load and when filing a complaint or just needing assistance. If you lucky enough to speak to a rep which is rear the explanations are given as if they are reading from a script. The explanation does not answer or fix the problem. As a driver the support is horrible. There is a huge disconnect from realtime Deliverys and Curri support. Very displeased with the service. Would not recommend to professionals. If you have a professional company that takes pride in your work DO NOT USE CURRI.

Worst delivery app ever...These ppl are scammers and I started noticing it after my last delivery..I completely ended relationship with this delivery company just now while they made me go pickup an order at 6am for a grill, knowing I have a car...ppl who try to get bids from your are sarcastic and think using our time is funny. 0 start rating if I could...Beware of this app company for delivery

I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with the Query app. This week alone has been the third time I have booked a trip to make a delivery, driven a significant distance, and arrived only to find out that the package had already been given to someone else. Each time, I was offered absolutely no compensation, not even for gas money after a multi-hour trip. It feels like the app uses a bait-and-switch tactic, booking premium drivers when no one else is available, only to drop them for a cheaper option as soon as one appears, leaving the original driver stranded. Furthermore, I have full documentation, including screenshots of the app showing the trips, and text messages from Query apologizing for the double-booking. When I arrived on-site, the carriers confirmed they had only ever assigned one driver. Finally, I went ahead and deleted my account, but Query failed to process that request and continues to contact me about trips available without my consent. I will be reporting this to the Florida Attorney General, filing a small claims lawsuit, and filing a complaint with the FMCSA to review their DOT status and prevent them from doing further business.

I booked a rush delivery for an SUV and the client came in a car. I had to make what I had fit into his car and the trunk was left open for delivery. i was charged for something I didn't order.
