Great product, terrible service
Wonderful hair products. I was a loyal customer for over 5 years. They finally lost me over Kim's aggressive, manipulative marketing, begging her customers to buy bundles (that she doesn't have in stock and can't produce). I waited two months for my order, finally threatening to report her to my credit card company. I asked multiple times for an order status or a refund, and received zero customer service. This woman is running her own company into the ground.
