I ordered 2 pair, but only received 1 pair. I have tried (in vain) together a response, but the company ignores my emails.

I did not receive the 2 pair that was shown when I placed the order and it is stated on the receipt mailed with one pair that there should be 2 pairs. I have sent emails and had no response.

Hello, Unfortunately, I found the advertising for this product to be misleading. Specifically, both cars are significantly smaller than they appeared on your website, and they cannot be used to race each other as advertised because the controllers interfere with one another. I also noticed a similar concern with a blanket advertised on your site, which is shown as having a 3D appearance. Based on what I continue to see on your website this product is not 3D, I do not believe the delivered product would not accurately match what is being advertised. Additionally, I previously reached out regarding an issue with tracking numbers not working, but I have not received a response or clarification over months of requests. Once I feel a website is not being honest about its products, I choose to move on. This is disappointing, as you offer some items that are otherwise very appealing. Thank you for your time.

I am happy with the product, the ordering process was fine and it came quickly. My issue is that the order was wrong! I ordered 3 pairs (6 singles) of the No Buckle Belts in black. When I opened the parcel there were only three items not the 6 I expected. I sent customer service the confirmation email and asked they send 3 more items, but have not heard from them. I paid for 3 pairs and I want 3 pairs NOT 3 singles.ww

Returning monies when the product is not worth the money

They need to be a little more Velcrobecause they stick out and get coughs up on shirt.

I didn't finalised the purchase but the money was taken out of my bank without my approval. I wasn't prepared to pay the price for the item as I felt it was too expensive but I was charged for it. I sent a message to send the item back before I even recieved it & had a reply come back about my purchase number being correct so that was obviously a robot & not a person replying.

They work better than a belt and is easier to get pants off when you need to.
