Our practice has been working with this company for many years. The staff is efficient and knowledgeable. They are prompt in responding to any account issues and quick to resolve the problem.

Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and attemptive all the time, answer questions regarding our practice or call back once a resolution to a request is completed on their side

Response time to tickets is fast and problems are resolved quickly and efficiently

BUYER BEWARE. I owned a home visiting physician company and chose cure Md as our EMR software in 2021. The business closed in june of 2022 at which time our billing company cancelled the contract with the software company. I didn’t receive another invoice until Dec 2023 which included all the moths from June 2022 to Dec 2023. At this time I reminded them that this contract was cancelled and the company was closed. The CureMd staff responded by continuing to bill me a monthly rate for a cancelled contract and threatening to send me to collections. This company is horrible and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else

I cannot stress enough to NOT employ this company to handle your medical billing. It is the single worst experience we've had in our business of 15 years. They are incompetent, have poor communication & cost us a lot of money. Their "automations" used to process our billing had vast data entry errors that created piles & piles & months of work for us to remedy. BEWARE: AVOID @ ALL COSTS!

I wuld never recommend this company to anyone. I was lied to while in the process of signing thier contract about optioning out of service and ended up having to pay 8,500 with no services rendered. I asked specifically about this issue before signing and was told something else. DO NOT USE, the service was subpar.

It almost seems as if they are selling their software while they are writing it. Very Inefficient, multiple annoying things about the way the software is written. Today the system was down since 8 am ,lol ,after curemd implemented their new update. That disabled our office from taking care of patients, and this situation happened before multiple times. Their customer service is ok , but again the way they organized some features is pretty dumb.Like when you try to file the faxes and u have few hundred of those ,the system kicks u back to the very beginning of the faxes, so u have to search out for a necessary document all over again. Frequent glitches and episodes described above make the operations of the office very difficult and unprofessional.
