Great concept of home improvement for sellers. Unfortunately, the system is not perfect. Because of a lack with communication, bad follow through and important part of the project not completed, it left a bad taste in clients mouth. Terrible project management!

I suggest considering taking out a second mortgage and hiring a reputable general contractor to complete your property instead of using Curbio. In my personal experience, their website methodology did not align with the actual service provided. Additionally, their fees were almost double what other companies charge for the same work. For example, I received three bids to paint my house interior and Curbio's bid was significantly higher without proper justification or details on what would be covered. They also had limited inventory and did not offer certain services like installing a kitchenette or extra toilet. Communication with my project manager was poor and there were delays in starting the project. When I escalated the matter, the response from leadership was unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, my negative experience with Curbio has cost me over $100k due to the drop in home prices. It is advisable to obtain independent bids and consider alternatives before doing business with them.

The workmanship and timing of everything were fantastic. Also, open communication between myself and the project manager was spot on. Never waited more than a day for a response.

Jeff Marks was constantly updating all parties and kept us up to speed on all options when there was an issue and provided quick resolutions. They finished the project on time without major change orders or increases in the budget!

I would not hesitate to recommend Curbio to my clients again. The first people who saw the property after the renovation wrote an offer on the property. While there were concessions for financing, the offer was full price.

My project manager was on point and they really knocked out the work show me fast and all that and brought it. It was amazing
