I’m just at the end of the project with Curbio and it’s been a complete debacle. We were told 2.5 months and it’s taken almost 7, along with having to hire additional outside contractors to fix errors where we just couldn’t wait any longer for Curbio to get its act together. The PM’s are overwhelmed, support network nonexistent, and standards low. We’re targeting a $1.8M list price, yet they’re putting in cheap fixtures from Amazon and overlooking dozens of really obvious errors in workmanship. Hardly anything on this project has been done correctly the first time without myself and my realtor having to be involved multiple times along the way. I highly regret choosing Curbio, and I hope others won’t make the same mistake. Edit: Project is finished after 7+ months. Asked for a large discount based on their incompetent work. Upper management at Curbio didn't even dispute their incompetence, yet refused to offer any discount until I hinted at legal action. Our realtor and subcontractor both say they'll never work with Curbio again.

It was poor communication between myself, my client and the Curbio representative that we were assigned to. They were too many hands in the pot at the beginning of the deal to where things got mixed up. My client was not happy with the job you did, and because of this, she ended up firing me. I believe she still has a balance with you.

Great concept of home improvement for sellers. Unfortunately, the system is not perfect. Because of a lack with communication, bad follow through and important part of the project not completed, it left a bad taste in clients mouth. Terrible project management!

The process was cumbersome to say the least. There were many mishaps along the way and poor workmanship. Some of it was made right, but not without pulling teeth to make it happen. It's evident Curbio's project managers are overworked with too many projects on their plate to keep straight. My project manager was great to work with, but there's no way he was able to provide great service with how many projects he had going at the same time. Curbio provides a great solution in the marketplace that I wish I could continue to recommend to my clients. However, with how this project went I can't in good faith recommend Curbio to future clients without some serious changes to the way they operate their business.
