1.5 month wait.
Good evening. I completed my purchase on Dec 22nd, over 7 weeks ago. I waited the 8-11 business day expected delivery window, and I still haven’t received my product. I waited the extra 2-5 business days for my transit number to update, which has now been declared “expired”. Transit Number LV927400465CN Order Number 153266 I have been very patient in this process and I expect Cupids Fragrances to come up with a swift resolution in the form of either a full refund or replacement bottle. What are the next steps ahead, and how will Cupids rectify this?? Convince me Cupids that you’re not fraudulent. This site does not allow posting of email addresses. I’m ready to contact my financial institution and request a chargeback for my transaction if this issue isn’t solved soon. Enough is enough!!
