DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... I ordered a bottle of hypnois as a xmas gift on 12/7 and as of 1/7/24 still did not receive it. The website says expect delivery in 8-15 days. Well, its been 30 days and no product. Tracking says it was with USPS 12/25...then tracking ends on 12/28- still in transit. Even if this product was shipped from overseas, once in US it would have been delivered in less than 7 days. THis company must be a SCAM. THere is no phone number for customer service to be found. I emailed their customer service looking for my package 2x, but did not receive an answer. I want my money back! Unfortunately, I found this review page too late...most of the reviews are for non-delivery. I ordered my products on December 14th, 2023, my order number is #143039 and i even paid for the priority insured shipping for the $4.95. I received a message stating my order has been delivered and since then I have sent out 3 emails all of which never received a reply to, all I received was the email back to my yahoo saying the email is not a good email. I sent to the email on the website hello@cupidfragrances and support@cupids. Still to know avail. I am writing this review not to put you all down but to let you know that you all failed miserably in creating an entrusting environment where we as the consumer can feel safe knowing we can find a resolution to any situation. I truly hope this gets to the right person because i see this is a trend happening and it is not a good thing. Can I either get my money back or get finally receive my product.

Order placed Decenber 27, 2023 for $101.85. Confirmation for Order #161478 received December 28, 2023. Since that time, your advertised 24/7 customer support claim has proven to be False/NOT TRUE/Deceptive/Fradulent Advertising. The advertised phone number is a Clearing House who knows nothing of Cupid. They sell NO PRODUCT. You have not responded to Four emails to your advertised Contact address. You publish rave reviews that can not be accurate. Survey results found not one real person actually receiving an order. Every participant declared same results with false phone number and unresponsive customer service. January 05, 2024 is date Credit Card charge is Disputed. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) complaint also submitted. Emails submitted, requested delivery of order. I suppose they also ended up in Trash/Junk/Spam. You have saturated e-commerce with many individual representatives, using your Generic Advertisement. Only thing left, is KARMA.

I ordered 3 bottles because there was a deal going on but I ordered them on November 26 and it is now January 4th and still have not received anything. I have tried to contact them 3 or 4 times but each time I attempted to reach out to see if there were any updates I never got any sort of response. I want a refund but I have zero faith that I will be getting that because they have just been ignoring every message sent to customer service. it seems like a scam for sure. I just tried sending another email and it now says the email was not found so they must have blocked my email. I’ll change this review if I actually get anywhere with this. Never received my order place On December 7th 2023 and it is now December 29th 2023. Emailed customer service and they never replied. I have supplied your customer services with the requested order #.

!!!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!! Ordered November 14th. The product has a 30 day money back guarantee, It has been 42 days since I ordered the product. I have send an email asking for a refund being I paid additional for insurance. I was sent back an email that said to relax. Last update on shipping was November 30th. Has never been in transit to deliver. Order number 97264. And please do not apologize for the frustration until the frustration stops. This is how you lose a customer and how I prevent you from getting another. Fix this. Refund or send pick one. As of January 23rd 2024 still waiting product or refund.

Update #4 The BBB contacted me and stated that they cannot even find this company and that it is out of business. I contacted the company again and demanded either a replacement or a refund immediately. If they do not respond presently Ill file a complaint with the attorney general and the FBI cyber crime website. Update #3 I filled a complaint with the BBB. Still no response from the company at the corporate level. Update #2 I finally heard back from someone at Cupids. They apologized and claimed that my order had an issue with customs and would not be delivered at all. They promised that a new shipment had been sent to replace it and that I would be given a tracking number for the replacement in 3 days. That was a week ago. Still no new tracking number, and they again refuse to answer my emails. At this point Ill be extremely surprised if I ever see a replacement or refund from this company. Such a horrible experience. Update: After advising I would go to the BBB if I didn't hear back, I finally received a snarky email telling me it would take 8-15 days to arrive. It's been a month. The tracking number did update on the cupids website but says that my order was given to the usps on the 2nd. It's now the 9th and usps website still has no record of the tracking number, and cupids still refuses to answer my emails. This is pathetic. Tracking number: AT155872654CN Ordered on the 10th of Dec. Was able to follow tracking till the 19th where it supposedly left LA. No updates since then, it only takes 3 days to get a package from LA to WA state, and the usps still doesn't recognize the tracking number so I can only assume the tracking updates are fabricated. I've contacted the company 3 times with no response whatsoever. It's looking like I've been scammed out of my $70 purchase. I was really looking forward to trying it too.

Ordered on 12/3/23 and still haven't received my order.Customer service is almost nonexistent.I have reached out several times and no response.Today is Christmas eve and I have no cologne and no answers.Will never order from this place again!
