No Product and Slow or no shipping
I ordered the fragrance back in Dec 2023 around the 23rd. here it is the 16th Jan 2024 and the shipment hasn't arrived. Tracking doesn't help. I submitted an email to support and haven't gotten a reply. I am leaving a 1-star review because the product doesn't seem to exist.

This company knows NOTHING about…
This company knows NOTHING about customer service! I placed my order in Decmber and have yet to receive anything mid January 2024! I have sent 4 emails and haven't hear back yet. I don't want to hear any bullsgit excuses from the company either. Send my order AND answer emails inquiring about my order.

Beware (Just a Scam)
Lousy service, poor customer service. No response if you have a issue. They seem to collect your money then make it impossible to contact them and once you manage to they don't respond. 5 attempts to resolve a incomplete order and no response. Read fine print they charge to return if they ever respond All just a scam. Beware

I am still waiting for my order
I am still waiting for my order, double order to be delivered. I have tried again by emailing this company about the tracking issues. No response... I'm wondering if I am the only going thru this headache... don't know where, when and if my order is going to be delivered.

Cupid Fragrance=Scammers
Placed my order on December 10th and as of January 15th it still has not arrived. The 3rd party tracking site is horrible and does not in part any confidence in this company being legitimate. Package appears to originated in China and was tracked to Los Angeles. No tracking updates since January 4th. I paid for the additional insurance as well and now I think that was just a scam to get more money out of buyers.

Terrible experience...no product yet!!
I ordered this back over a month ago...i had no idea that this product was coming from China as it is not disclosed on their website. I have sent 2 emails to the conpany through their contact us section with no reply back at all. One of them was sent 2 weeks ago. This is ridiculous how poor the customer service is as well as not having the product in the country and able to honor the shipping times they state directly on their website. UPDATE: 2 more weeks have gone by with no resolution. I am told 2-3 business days, but the product has been in Loa Angeles for almost a month with no movement. I am asked to be patient and continue waiting. If my product hasnt moved in a month why isnt their customer service providing a complete experience and finding out why? Why does the company not disclose their product comes from China? This has become as bad as ordering from WISH.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had!!!!
This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with a company of receiving an order. My order for this product was on 12/12/23. Here it is 1/12/24 and not one response, from sending 6-7 emails! POOR customer service. Not one email response from anyone!!! I will never order this product again.
