On December 31st I placed an order from Cupid. After multiple attempts to contact them on my product. I still haven't heard back or recieved my product. They took my money without a problem but, still have nothing to show for it. I have just sent you the information you have requested. It is now January 24th at 1:06 am EST US. Let's see if you will get back to me with a good explanation for the delay. Today is February 5th and Cupid Fragrance has only replied to this review. They ask for more information and get back to me. They never reach out once and am asking for my money back!🤞

Bad experience and even worse cologne
I would like to say that I thought for sure that I was being scammed the product took way to long to arrive and most of the emails they sent me where incorrect but I did receive the product after six or seven weeks of going back and forth with the company I afto say that in addition to all the trouble I went through to get it I was also disappointed with the smell not to mention my girlfriend didn't like it at all, highly disappointed in all aspects of this product. I understand that it's not for everyone but there isn't one thing I can say that I liked about this entire experience.

Scammers!
I placed an order for over 100 bucks. Never received the product. It's been 17 days to date. I believe this company scammed me for my money. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are the worst! I sent several emails about refunding my money and they won't answer. Never order from them!

Over 12 days and still no delivery
I'm disappointed that I haven't received anything since I ordered a bottle on the 7th of January. Today is the 19th of January and I'm starting to think this company is a scam. They are advertising every second on YouTube and I should have known. What's up with my order? Where is my order??????

Update
Update, received email from Cupid fragrance that they are putting this top priority, received tracking on its way, then delivered. No product received. Wrote Cupid again and received an apology and they are going to fix this but as of 1/19/24 no resolution.
