No follow through !!! Order#140634 So, Cupid Fragrances only replies through Trust Pilot. They say they want to make things right, ask for more info (which they already have), and then never follow through. Absolutely Zero Customer Support.

Do not deal with these people. These guys are the worst people ever they robbed me of my money and never got my order. I ordered in November 2023. We are in March almost and I never got my order nor my money back from them. they offered me 10% discount on my next order cause my order got lost during shipping, lmao like would ever order anything from. They are a joke of a company!! These guys are the worst do not, and I say, do not order anything from this company if you don’t want to get robbed!! My credit card company is after them for fraudulent activity! So I’ve warned you guys. This company is out of china and it’s garbage cologne!!

NEVER RECEIVED AND NO RESPONSE
I placed an order for this cologne months ago and never received the product. I’ve reach out multiple times via email to try and work something out but I have gotten no response. I feel like I am being scammed out of 60 dollars and have no where to turn to. I even paid additional for priority shipping

Never bought it never would. Do you think it's ok to wear this cologne when it chemically alters the brain chemistry of woman then alters their perception towards you? Wrong on so many levels. For sad pervs as far as I'm concerned. Good luck when these women clock on then come after you.

By giving me my money back.
By giving me my money back.. I ordered ONE Bottle and they tried charging me for 3!, then 2 weeks later I finally got my money back but they kept the money for one bottle which I NEVER RECIEVED!! RIPOFFS R US!!!' There's nothing to "update" it's still the same.. a month later and NOTHING!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE RIPOFFS!!! Just put in their name & add complaints & reviews! I'm not the only one!! I order from England, & Japan all the time, 2 weeks to 16/17 days TOPS!!! OH! & look up pheromone colognes! There no such luck that they actually work!! It's all B.S. I only wish I had looked them up first!!
