Cupid FragrancesReviews of cupidfragrances.com

The product Cupid does not work as promised I have not ever had one girl in the past two weeks say anything about how good I smell not even my wife I was wearing diplomat before and everybody said I smell good. I’m returning the product all three bottles.

Shady company. Charges you on their website without a review of your order and then refuses to cancel items on order. Order number is 348587. Will be attempting a return when it gets here and update here. If there’s no resolution I will be taking this to my bank to resolve since Cupid uses horrible business practices to deceit you into ordering way more than you think you are.

If I could give a zero, I would. This company charged my son's account 3 times for items he did not order for a total of $329.60. As soon as he got notification of this, he tried to contact the company to have it cancelled because he did not order anything. When they finally got back to him, supposedly the items had already been shipped and he was told they couldn't cancel or refund. Then they went on to say that when he received the order to contact them for directions on returning it for a refund. We have been trying to contact them for almost 3 weeks now and all of a sudden no one will respond. These charges have cause my son's bank account to go negative and the bank has charged him 3 NSF fees, $32.00 each, because of this. The money he had in his acxount was money hes been saving for when he leaves for college. This company is a fraud and just takes your money.

My son went to order one bottle and the page kept glitching. It then went on to charge him for 8 bottles as he kept trying to override the glitch not realising your company was adding bottles to his account!! He immediately emailed you and a response was an offer for a 20% discount off order. You hadn’t even processed the order but had instantly stripped him of a huge amount of money!! No product has been distributed so why not an immediate refund. This company is a scam and rips you off by glitching at the time of confirming order. We have emailed again for a full refund with no response ! Why discount post placing order. And can’t call help centre either as only takes American clients. Beware people of this website

I want to say i hate this company! they are a scam! please don't buy from them! I had placed the order for one cologne. They interned sold me three bottles for double the price. i tried to cancel the order or change my order to one bottle. they told me that the order was processed. So, i waited four weeks for my order #320781 last name cooper. it never came so i sent a message they told me that it was out of stock and that it was going to take another two weeks. i told them i wanted to cancel the order. Then the rep tried to upgrade my order to one bottle and i was like no you could have told me that you guys was out of stock i wouldn't have placed the order. And now you want me to order one bottle, when you first told me that i couldn't change my order. Then i told them i wanted my money back. The rep Mary stated that they were going to process my canceled order which i should see my money in 7 to 10 business days. I have not received my $145.00 dollars since. and I've sent emails and called and left messages. And i have not received a response back yet! please do not buy from this company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible! and they will keep your money. that return policy is a scam. i hate them!!! i repeat do not order from this company!!

The company is a scam. First off I never completed and confirm the actual order. Some how they placed the order anyway for 3 of the buy 2 and get 1 free offers which totaled to $350 dollars. Then I emailed to cancel the order, and like other reviews they said they couldn't cancel because it was processed already.. I received the package and have emailed them 7 times to return it and ask for a refund and of course they do not reply to email or any communication. Very disappointed and now I'm out of $350 dollars for a order I never placed

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to put something up there. This company will take your money and won't send you the cologne. First thing is I initially purchased buy 2 get 1 free for around $84. When you get to checkout it's very confusing which makes it seem like a scam right off the bat. Then after you weed through all the different offers I found out I was locked in to $127 that was debited off my card. I immeadiately cancelled my order and asked for a refund stating why. It said it would take 24 hours. I got an email from someone with cupid asking if I would still want my order if they gave me a 20% discount. I reluctantly said sure that will be fine as long as the 20% was put back on my card. I have yet to hear anything else. I've called all the numbers provided. Which says they will contact me in 24 hours. Needless to say the original transaction was 12 days ago. The last time I heard from anyone was 11 days ago from that initial email. Scam artists. Do not buy anything from this company as they do not have principles and are only out to steal your money.

Horrible service!!! First they sent the package without a name or correct address. Package was returned to them and they emailed to confirm my name and address. That was over a month ago... I email them everyday since, and have not yet received a reply, a tracking number or a response as to where my package or refund is!!! Worse customer service ever!!! I want my money back ASAP!!!
