Hello Jainam, Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. We understand how frustrating it is not to receive your order and not have your inquiries addressed. However, it appears that the tracking number you've provided does not match our records. It's possible that your order was placed with another seller. We recommend checking your purchase confirmation email for the correct tracking information or reaching out to the seller you purchased from for assistance. If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We appreciate your understanding and hope to resolve this issue for you. The Cupids Team
