False advertising on refund
I would suggest that you do not expect to get your money back if you are not satisfied. This company has false advertising on their website about 30 day money back guarantee. It's bs. I have ordered their "new formula" Hypnosis 2.0 which wreaks. It's not like the original, which my wife and I loved. So I boxed up the 3 packages and shipped it back to their facility which it states in their refund policy. This company lies through their teeth using several managers stating that they are working on my refund. Well, it's been 4 months. I ordered in the beginning of November and emailed over and over the tracking number and saw that they received it 2 weeks after I returned it, and no money returned to me. They have their crappy product and my money. Liars. You don't get a refund within the 30 days or even 120 days. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THERE FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Total con artists, as usual.
This company is a scam...i DIDNT EVEN FINISH my order or hit the final button to buy, and tried to back out when i saw the red flags...too late...i had put my card number in already and there WAS NO "remove from cart" button...i emailed them and told them i hadnt completed the transaction and wanted to empty my cart...didnt matter...they processed it anyway, and i KNOW they are still gonna ship their garbage and try to cement me into this "purchase". Aint gonna end well, i dont think...i am DONE with scams on every f***ing corner...DONNNNNNE. Hear me, cupid?

You all are absolute crooks
You all are absolute crooks! You added extra cologne to my order. I ended up with 12 bottles of cologne. Who orders 12 bottles of cologne at one time?? Your site doesn’t give an option to confirm what you’re purchasing before processing payment. Then you offer zero help getting it resolved and want me to pay to ship my order back?? If anyone reads this do yourself a favor and do not do business with them!!

Horrible service and low quality product
First they advertised that the shipping would take between 5-10 days within the US. I requested for a refund and after ignoring my request for a while, they finally said that I can’t get a refund. I ended up waiting almost a month for it to come in. Also once received, spray malfunction and did not come out. I basically put it into my own bottle. The scent itself was alright but the service was horrible. It was also frustrating that the spray didn’t work. I’d give it no stars if I could. Totally not worth it.

If I could leave Zero Stars
If I could leave Zero Stars, I would. They are a bunch of con-artists that lie and cheat people out of their money. Once you ask for a refund, they start making up policies that are not in their refund policy at all (Yes I have read it in its entirety several times). I have been fighting with them for 4 to 5 months now trying to get a full refund as stated in their refund policy. EDIT: I Originally posted this review over a year ago and they are just now responding to it. Yes my "issue" has been resolved, but not after a lot of negative publicity and A LOT of them trying to lie about what their refund policy says. This should tell you A LOT about their company.
