I purchased credits after sometime I decided to hide my account to take a break, come to find out my account was blocked 🚫. I truly cant understand why than I get told to submit evidence so I do and after about 15 emails they still refuse to unblock my account. They can keep my credits as this has caused me not to trust any sites like this ever. Jenny tried to help with no success and Monica never tried to resolve this at all, so I'll walk away you can keep my credits thank you for the disappointment... oh and plz dont ask me to reach out that you can help resolve this. My account has been blocked for weeks now so my date this happened was in July and still not resolved. You know the date of my first purchased my on line name was different as I prefer people not knowing my real name till I know you Haha funny thanks for your reply your site is no longer required you banned me right across the platform for no reason so kindly stop trying to sort this out you know what you did was wrong

This website is simply too expensive—a single message costs nearly €5 (10 credits). Seriously? About 80% of the profiles are models who are online 24 hours a day, and some ages don't match the photos at all; you can safely assume the only thing they're after is your money (€€€).

I joined this dating site on a night that I was feeling lonely and wanted to maybe find a connection. I have been a widow now for just over a year, we had 19 glorious years together and he was taken from me suddenly. I am missing that person being in the same room with me. So I answered the questions and my profile was up, in two days however I ended up spending over £300 to just speak with people, look at their photos and it was not worth it!!!! Found out yesterday that someone asked me what my real name was, they all put up fake names because another man messaged me with the name Jose but he told me in the mail that his name was Nelson. Another asked me what my real name was....I was honest, above board and thought this site was as well. I now realize and feel that it is being run not from the US as it says, but it is actually being run from Cyprus. They said when I complained that everyone goes through photo verification, emails and etc., this is not the case and I called them on that and they wrote back that is because I was just a regular user and not one of the high profiles ones....again, lies. I honestly think they are using vulnerable emotions and playing on those using Bots and AI to keep people talking and spending money when none of it is real. When I said to one that I would prefer to speak through email he said something to the effect "I have talked to you about security and I cannot come out of this app".....thought about this after and that did not make any sense to me as we had never discussed anything of the sort. The Bot slipped up there. I am going to be sharing this far and wide about this site, DO NOT USE IT!!!! ALL FAKE, ONLY THERE TO PLAY ON YOUR EMOTIONAL SIDE AND SPEND LOTS OF MONEY!!!! At the end of the day felt like I was paying for a gigolo....but in the end if that was the case at least I might have met a live breathing man!! Not an AI or robot!! Avoid this site at all costs, or you will find your bank balance dwindling and think that you are actually speaking with REAL MEN or in a man's case, REAL WOMEN....but then I am real and my profile was real. Live and Learn the hard way. WILL NOT BE JOINING ANY OTHER SITES, this was enough.
