I’m reviewing based on my experience as I never received the product. Two months after I ordered, the tracking shows the carrier never received the package yet CUMA says it’s on its way even though it’s two months later. The email responses seem to be form letters, they will not give a refund either. This company is a fraud. UPDATE: Now into September and I still don’t have my order. I was told that my issue was escalated as the shipping carrier doesn’t show they received it. Then I got silence. I followed up again and demanded a refund. I was told the same thing before about how the product was shipped and they couldn’t refund but it would be looked into. I tried to reply again and their customer service email bounced back as not existing anymore. They are a FRAUD!

Ordered product July 3rd $ taken from my account immediately. Nothing from Cuma. Still hasn't been processed or left the company and they WILL NOT refund my $

Ordered on 7/6/26 expecting it to ship from the Texas address where they list their fulfillment center. It’s July 24, and they now tell me that products are shipped internationally and take 18 to 24 business days. The website says they are based in Florida, but all communications have come in the middle of the night (same time zone as FL), seems like they are based overseas too. I’d love to be able to review the product, BUT I DON’T HAVE IT If you want their products, be prepared to wait 🤬

I ordered the product for the eyes, was charged on my credit card, and never received my order via mail.

If I could find a minus one review that would be mine, but this product is the worst with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They require that you send back the product to China. Do you realize how much that’s gonna cost and they advertise a 90 day back guarantee but that’s fine print because you must take pictures 3060 and 90 days out about your progress but the reality is you must return your product within 30 days and to China so this makes it totally worthless this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in a company in all my years of dealing with any consumer products. Do not waste your money. My eyebags are just exactly the same as when I got this.

Look, I wanted this product to work, I continue using plexaderm because it does, but is not permanent & you also have to be careful to use enough or not to much ( drying effect), but Cumabalm does nothing! It has a greasy effect & I have used it on the parentheses smile lines at nite(just to moisturize). It does Absolutely Nothing for eye bags. Paid about $40 for the little grease stick, so I will use but never buy again. I think folks will finally see that it's claims are Worthless.

The CumaBalm product made absolutely no difference to my undereyes after using it religiousy 2x/day for several weeks. The convincing advertising IS TOTALLY FALSE. Together with the aggressive upselling at purchase for a product that does nothing and that I paid $100 Canadian for should be a criminal charge. And SURPRISE: the company is in China - just try returning it.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO REFUND If I could give it a negative five, I would! I have reached out to this company at least 30 times trying to get my refund for a product I was informed by Cuma Skincare I could return because I had a reaction to it. I returned it at the end of February and have yet to get a refund. I am simply being ignored. I sent them a screenshot of my receipt tracking number and the one time they responded they said they hadn’t received it yet! How long do items sit in Customs. Since March seems like an unreasonable amount of time. I paid $129.86 plus the return shipping and have absolutely nothing to show for it. I have been as patient as I know how to be. Someone needs to own this and do the right thing. For the love of God people, how would you like it if you or your loved one was treated in this manner? It started out to be an easy, seemingly pleasant return and has turned into a “it’s not my problem” nightmare. This company should be ashamed to treat people this way. It’s sad, just friggen sad. I need that money and they don’t care!!!! Refund my order. 108171!!!!! Yeah I gave you my order number I’m not ashamed of who I am. Go and see how I’ve been treated. I honestly think you blocked my emails.
