This was my first purchase from Cuenca Cigars. They had the best price and free shipping! This is actually the 2nd box of cigars I've bought online, my first from Cuenca. It took a few days to ship out, but showed up super fast after it was in the mail. I'll definitely be ordering again! The cigars showed up at the correct RH and were packaged safely!

Great experience with Ana. She took good care of getting us a comparable cigar when our regular was on back order. I would highly recommend Cuena Cigars!

My biggest complaint is the slow shipping. Two weeks to recieve package is unheard-of in the shipping world of today.

Good prices but it takes forever to get cigars from you compared to the other shops I buy from. Also Two times I have sent a note asking you to stock more of the regular cigar I smoke and have never received a response and everytime I go to order the amount you have is below the number of boxes I would order so I buy some from you and some from another store
