Richard. Those cigars are new releases from the IPCPR 2017. They are coming out in a week or two. We are getting them on the website so people can Pre-Order. My mistake is that I did put the pre-order status but I forgot to change the in stock message. it is an extra work I have to do and I forgot. Really sorry for this. I will email you on Monday with an ETA and you can decide then. Sorry.

Yes, you are right. As soon as you email us I responded to you. You were actually super upset and all I said was, no worries, it not fault we are going to fix it and you won't have to pay extra. I was in the process to resolve the issue. It was a human mistake. Instead, you decided to keep the money and the wrong cigars. Plus give us a bad review without even allow us to resolve the issue. You waited 10 days wich is exactly the time it takes to get to Priddis, Alberta T0L1W0. That only tells you we ship the cigars immediately. International Shipping takes that or more. Have a wonderful day and enjoy the free cigars.

Tony. I am really sorry about this but I review the order and there was nothing wrong with it. You place the order on June 12 (probably in the evening) and the shipment was done on the 13, next day. We use Priority Mail so this is 2-3 days depending on the area. It is stated in the website. The Factory Throwouts #49 Cigars - Sweets Bundle of 20 were in perfect conditions and super fresh.
