From the very start everyone I dealt with the creation of the cuddle clone of my beautiful Australian Shepherd Sabrina was wonderful! I dealt mostly with Irish, whose beautiful comments and responses to my request were quickly answered. He was beyond warm and responsive spoke of my Sabrina as if he knew her and definitely as if he knew the depth of my loss and my sadness and grieving for her. As far is my cuddle clone, it was beyond perfect and beautiful and they captured all the different features that we requested they capture, and the details were beyond exquisite. It is clear that the artist who create these beautiful replicas go to great length to make them look as much like the photos of your fur babies that you send them and capture their likeness, and in the case of Sabrina‘s clone they could not have done better. She’s beautiful and while it has not been very long since I lost Sabrina and my emotions are raw, it still brings me comfort. I cannot say enough about my experience with this company and all of their employees that I dealt with, and of course absolutely completely thrilled I am with amazing replica of my beautiful Sabrina
