Absolutley would not recommend
Would not recommend. This company endorses lying to customers. When they sent the first make, it was a pathetic representation of my dog. For the remake they told me they would be sending no less than two progress before sending the final product so I could tweak or give suggestions (I have this communication documented and am beyond happy to share my proof). They did not follow through with this service which was the only reason I got the remake in the first place. They refused a refund exception even though this is their fault for not providing the service they offered.

Upon reviewing your order, I can see that one of our customer care representatives already assisted and informed you that we, unfortunately, can no longer offer another remake or refund due to the fact that the list of detailed changes you have submitted for the remake was followed by our artists. I also understand that one of our previous representatives promised to send you photos for approval before shipping out the remade Cuddle Clone. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding and confusion we have caused. I assure you that our artists did the best they could to create a new Cuddle Clone for you and it appears that this is as close as it could possibly get to your furry dog, Chloe. Harvey’s cuddle clone
My dog, Harvey passed away suddenly in October. It has been very hard, especially with other big life events. Harvey’s cuddle clone has helped me through immensely. Especially over the holidays. The people at cuddle clones took the time to ask questions for clarification on Harvey’s look and that meant a lot. Many people have to do a double take when they see the cuddle clone. Thank you! PS an idea for you. What if you had an option to add some weight to the cuddle clones? One thing I really miss is feeling the weight of my dog on my chest when we'd cuddle.

Taz's plush clone is wonderful
I appreciated being able to upload so many pictures of my guy for a plush. And the result was amazing - it made me cry. Taz is 11 and the plush captured his younger days. I asked to make sure the ears were right because they make him special and they were spot on. And the plush's expression - perfectly Taz. It felt like I was listened to with my comments and pictures. And it felt like time was taken to create a plush that captured so much of my dog.

The artists did a great job!
The artists did a great job customizing our pups coat pattern, pose and facial features. This was our 2nd purchase so we thought we knew what to expect, unfortunately our current purchase was only about half the size of our original purchase a couple of years ago (for a similar price) even though both dogs were about 50lbs each.

The exact size of the plush will vary based on breed, weight, and designer interpretation. However, if you have an exact size in mind, please know that our customers can request any size up to 23 inches in length in the “Special Characteristics” section of your order. However, please keep in mind that the exact size you request can never be guaranteed. I checked your order, and if I am not mistaken, your order 401495 doesn't have any notes about the size. Our beloved English Cream dachshund…
Our beloved English Cream dachshund Biscuit passed away on 1/1/22. I was so heartbroken that all I could do was cry. The house felt so cold and empty. I saw Cuddle Clones and thought why not…I sent in my pictures and communicated to Cuddle Clones exactly what I wanted. When he came he was just a little off.. so I contacted Cuddle Clones and sent him back for rehab. Oh my , he came back perfect!!!! I can not thank them enough. He sits on the ottoman in the living room as he always did! It was a great decision and this is a great company!! Thank you so, so much!!

Slippers for gift
The slippers I order for my grandson look just like his service dog and he was thrilled with the slippers. They are good quality and would order again.

Exceptional!
From the beginning to the end, the process and customer service was outstanding. I provided many of the requested photos but there was still a question about a detail. Rather than making an assumption, cuddle clones sent me an email for clarification. At one point, I had trouble accessing my account on line but a simple phone call to a very helpful representative solved the problem! The item was a gift for my 9 year old granddaughter and she and I are beyond happy with the end result. Several people have mistaken the cuddle clone for the real thing at first glance! I would highly recommend!!
