Ordered pajamas for my kids and paid for rush shipping. Shipping label created Dec 8th and no update since. Reached out multiple times to customer service and always get a canned response. Reached out on Facebook on their business page and someone actually responded saying since DHL is on strike they are having problems but would ship out via 2 day fed ex but wouldn’t provide tracking number. I just want a refund at this point. Should’ve read more reviews. BBB rating is an F

I was unable to track the shipment of my order and left a negative review. As it turned out, my order was shipped to me and I received it before Christmas and I was very happy with how the pajama shorts came out. Can’t wait to see my granddaughters smile when she opens them!

I reached out a week ago to amend my order (the size of the Iphone case that my pet's image was going to be printed on). I was told the order was already in production by customer representative Jackie and could not be amended. Today, a week later, I receive an email that the order is just now going into production and I should expect to receive it in 2 to 3 weeks. Horrible customer service.

I was so excited to order these for my granddaughter and so very disappointed when they arrived. The picture is about 1/3 rd of the picture submitted. In most of the pictures on the socks you can't tell what it even is.For $15 socks and $15 shipping and almost 3 weeks I expected much better product. And now I have really no gift. I won't give my granddaughter these as she would be even more disappointed. Just a waste of money and a higher cost of disappointment 😞. What happened to the rabbit's body?

Pretty crappy pajama material. Very cheap looking. The image of my cat came out okay but these are not cozy pjs by any means. Pretty expensive for cheap Made in china product. Photos online looked amazing but did not measure up IRL. Guess I’m stuck with these

In April we had to help our 16 1/2 yar-old Lhasa Apso to cross the rainbow bridge. To help easy our family's grief process, we ordered a Cuddle Clone of our dog. The resemblance was amazing! In fact, we placed it on the floor near the back door where he loved to rest; and when our daughter and son-in-law visited, he stopped at the entrance to the room, turned to me, and said, "Please tell me you did not have your dog stuffed." I told him that we had not, and he and our grandsons rushed to check out our Cuddle Clone. We are very pleased with the product!

It cost me an extra €75.00 on customs and then €35.00 to post it back that wasn't refunded looked nothing like our dog
