I ordered 2 chimes 6 weeks and they show they have been delivered to Pakenham on the 15/7/26. These were for a birthday last week and 1 for next week. I haven't heard anything since it showed them arriving in Pakenham. Can I please get an update!!!!

UPDATE: I did receive the product but it is not even close to the description. The product is cheaply made and already had 2 hummingbirds fall off. NOT worth the wait! I have ordered the hummingbird wind chime and have heard nothing about it. I paid the item with my credit card over a month ago. I gave more than plenty of time to process the purchase. I got a generic reply when I messaged them. After many tries, I received a message saying they were sending a different one to me as they thought it might be lost in transit. Now I am starting all over what I thought would be a gift for a (June) birthday will now be a Christmas present at this rate. I truly hope someone will get back to me as soon as possible about my purchase or I will consider this a FRAUD/SCAM and report accordingly.

Not enough information about delivery time. Also very dissatisfied with chimes. They are half the size of advertised product and extremely cheap looking. Not happy!

Seemed like it took forever to arrive. Still have another ordered at the same time yet to be delivered.

They are nice but not exactly what I expected. The wings don't move like in the video and took a month to get . But are pretty

I have ordered the hummingbird wind chime and have heard nothing about it. I paid the item with my credit card over a month ago. Is there a problem with it being sent? I believe I gave plenty of time to process the purchase. I truly hope someone will get back to me as soon as possible about my purchase. Thank you Sincerely Cyndi DePlonty

La livraison trop longue. Au sujet du carillon je suis satisfaite.
