Terrible customer service…
We never received our order of $57.89 for some outdoor solar lights. We inquired with text to them because we did not have a phone number. We were told the order was coming from overseas and it would take longer but were never told that when we ordered. They kept texting us every week saying it was on its way and then finally told us it had been delivered and gave us a post office number to check. The post office said the number was not registered with them. They insisted it had been delivered to our door but our door video camera showed no delivery at the date and time they said it had been delivered. We asked for photo proof of the package left at our door and they could not provide it .After nearly 2 months since ordering, we asked for a refund and all we get is a repeat of them saying they mailed it. So no lights and no refund!
