CSI over Adorama any day of the week.

I've only had positive experiences ordering from CSi Rentals. Their service is straightforward and accessible. Their equipment is sound and reliable. The hairiness of film production is made much less complicated with CSi, and I intend to continue renting from them on my projects moving forward.

The store experience was amazing. But once I got to the photo shoot, the equipment didn't work. I was sure that the equipment is tested before, I didn't know that I have to test the equipment before (which doesn't really make sense, I think it's kinda unprofessional) I didn't have much use of the equipment at the end and the day way a mess, I couldn't get the job done which resulted to a huge loss in my end.

The two women from whom I picked up my rental this morning were extremely helpful.

We usually rent via Adorama Rental Company or KitSplit. PROS: ARC doesn't allow combining of invoices if you make multiple rentals back-to-back (CSI helped us immensely on this!). ARC delivery was ten times (not exaggerating) what the delivery was from CSI, and the volume and weight of equipment we were quoted was smaller at ARC vs CSI. Very friendly customer service (in-person, by email, by phone) and simple process. CONS: their website doesn't always have accurate on-hand counts for equipment, as we realized when we submitted an order for additional equipment, were sent an invoice, and were later told it wasn't available (after we called to check hours later).

I love renting from CSI rentals! They have a varied range of camera and lighting gear. Their online booking system is SO easy and user friendly even on weekends and after-hours. Great customer service and the equipment is in very good condition. I would highly recommend CSI rentals.

1st time renting from CSi. Each person I spoke with was personable and answered each of my questions. Will rent from CSi again.
