I get dice from this seller regularly, and I am always happy with what I receive. Packages arrive promptly, and the times I have worked with customer service have gone smoothly. If you like random pulls, I do recommend their mystery dice.

Every dice set we've ordered from Crystal Maggie has been incredible in terms of appearance and quality, and shipping was reasonable both in price and duration.

Great dice! These look exactly as advertised. Shipment was very professional and expedient. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship and service.

Got a custom chonk dice with custom icons instead of numbers made by CrystalMaggie and honestly blown away by their result :) Their communication was brilliant and the product is beautifully made, nice and glossy and you can tell they took great care with making this!. will definitely be buying from them again in the future :)

Crystal Maggie creates some of the best dice I’ve ever had the joy of rolling. The customer service is excellent, always polite and so helpful. I’ve currently bought 5 sets and I’m looking for the next!

Dice arrived quickly, but were scratched and scuffed despite being delivered in a foam lined box... Looked like they had been used for a good couple of years, now I'll have to spend more time and money to get them polished. I don't really understand how Chessex dice, for instance, which are delivered piled on top of eachother in a plastic box, are delivered with great finish, but these premium dice delivered in a padded cardboard box without room to move around and bump into eachother can arrive looking like they've been rolled around on someone's gravel driveway... Update: customer service got in touch with me and offered to replace the dice free of charge. This makes me confident that they are a serious company and the low quality of the first set of dice was a one-off occurrence. The new dice were a lot better and I have updated my score from a 2 to a 5, as this better reflects my total experience!

my dice were opalized ; amazing

I recently got into DND and knew I would want a special dice set and this one was perfect! It’s beautiful and elegant and I feel like it can work with any character you play. Not to mention the custom boxes are gorgeous! They arrived a little later than I anticipated, but I was able to easily track the package and be sure it was safe. The only thing that could maybe use some improvement are the very sharp edges on the dice, but it’s not a big deal as long as this isn’t given to a young child. I’m so happy with them and excited to use them for my next game!
