Had surprised my friend for her 25th birthday by engraving a message on the bottle. She never tried Bartenura but she likes sweet wine. So went for it. I had to order the wine bottle with one of their dealers and they went to them and picked it up and engraved the message. They did suggest for the color of message when I asked them and they did a great job. My friend likes to save her gifts as memories. So went ahead with it even though it was high priced. Felt it was worth the result. Will go for it sometime again.

We give out annual engraved awards to teachers, and Crystal Images has been creating them for many years. Always high quality, very beautiful, never a mistake, and they make sure I have them on time. The teachers are thrilled with their awards. And the staff of CI is very responsive and easy to work with.
