Crypto Loko CasinoReviews of cryptoloko.com

Hit a jackpot of $3,500 and they took it back

False claims about withdraw times and given the run around by support they claim your withdraw will be within minutes but almost 24 hours later and they haven’t even looked at it! Probably won’t deposit again if they are dishonest about advertised policy what else are they hiding! fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud!!!! Do not enter you will be treated great until you submit a withdraw then it’s all bad liars thieves fraudulent activities scam artists needs shut down and they need locked up in prison!!

They said that I will receive $100 in Bitcoin cuz I wanted I went over my I needed to play and my bonus and never received it but other than that it's good

(Final Edit: After After several emails and the last Edit, 4 days later, I finally get the deposit. They did honor their no deposit bonus. It should not have been this hard and frustrating and maybe it was lack of communication between employees. Anyways, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and I'm going to place money with them. They did make it right so I'm going to give them a break and give them a chance. Look for future reviews on how my future experiences go. (Edit again: Still 1 star and wish there was a zero rating cause this is what I actually want to rate them. Did not receive said email from Players Relations Manager like stated. I sent them an email about this and now I am waiting on a reply. Will update again as soon as I get a response.) (Edit: They have reached out due to this review so we will see what happens. Will post another update as soon as I can.) I got an email from a sister casino for free plays to this casino. I decided to check them out. Well, I read the terms of the bonus after I created my account with valid information. I decided to go a head and play to see what happened. Well, lo and behold, I won and kept willing and blew their terms out of the water. (The bonus was a no deposit required, 105 max cashout and like 50x wagering and winnings including bonus) I was well over this 50x and they even took out 3000 to complete the terms. I emailed support to find out exactly what was needed for me to cash out the 105 max. They sent me an email back letting me know. I had everything they needed so I went to the cashier, saw that their system was good with me cashing out (it wouldn't have lete if I hadn't met the requirements) so I proceeded to cash out. I got an email saying that it could take up to 5 business days to process which I was okay with. Well, 3 days in and I log into my account only to find that they denied my cashout and took all the money from my account. For no reason. They have been dodging my questions and giving me generic answers not really telling me why the decided to do this. Today, I get an email with their rules for having an account. I read it and I just emailed them back staying that I have not done anything to jeopardize my membership, considering I have only just created this account 3 days ago. They have still denied my cashout and still refuse to tell me why. I told them to cancel my account and that I will do business with my regular casinos because they treat their patrons with respect and they actually payout like they say. Do not play at this casino because they are very untrustworthy and you will lose your money and the won't pay out.

UPDATE: This is the response I got back from them about the change in terms. Basically they can change the rules and terms of a coupon whenever they want. So be aware if you are playing on a coupon and doing well. THE GOOD (I guess) : They have sent me $2300 of the $2600 owed if you go by the 26x ($100 deposit) max coupon (It should of have been $5,600 but as stated they can can amend the rules of a coupon at any time) The BAD: They are dragging their feet on sending the rest of the $2600.(I had to split in 2 since 2500 is max at one time) It's only comes out to about $250 but they just leave it as pending. I told them the website says minutes but I get a response that this has been escalated and I will hear soon. * (FULL AMOUNT HAS BEEN PAID) "Hello Terry ! Hope you are doing well and having a nice day! This is Sarah Addams from Cryptoloko Casino! Unfortunately, the coupon's terms and conditions changed. Any previous rules are completely void. Coupon rules were updated on website and in cashier when you redeemed the coupon. You can review Point 9 in our Terms and Conditions: 9. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the ‘Terms and Conditions’ section of the Website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on a regular basis and to check any additional rules detailed within promotional emails. Should you be unclear about any point relating to a specific promotion, it is your responsibility to contact the support team and gain a full understanding before partaking in a promotion." The website shows a coupon 264% bonus and it reads no max cash out. (you can verify this yourself) I was playing on a $105 deposit and got my balance up to $5600 and all of the sudden it goes to $2600. I contacted support and they tell me it is 26x max cashout. I go back to the coupon and click on the little "i" it now says 26x. It has always stated unlimited just like the coupon shows. I stated that you cannot put "no max cashout" and then in the fine print put "26x max cashout" That is a scam and deceptive practice. (You can go to the website and verify this for yourself) They said they escalated this. I will update if they make this right.

Honestly. I did used my $105 chip. And when I went through that, I deposited $40 and won over $100! I put in a inquiry for a withdrawal. I completed the ID process and it said it would take over 24-72hr. It's been almost 5 days now and I still have yet to receive my payout. Very upset as I feel I just got my money stolen from me..

I gave 3 stars because the games selection. However, good game selection doesn't do anything if the site can't or won't hold to thier word. Just like the other reviews I got $105 chip through email. I played and somehow I was able to make it through their playthrough requirements, ended up with $129. I sent them all the information they wanted I have emailed them no one has gotten back with me this has been 4 days ago. Now I'm left feeling like a monkey jumping through hoops (without music) I consider them a scam in my book.

I played the free chip which had a 3000 dollar playthrough. I managed to get thru the playthrough with 1100 still in my balance. They want me to verify. I sent my driver's license multiple times including a digital copy that Colorado offers thru their app. This guarantees that it isn't blurry or whatever. The site claims it has 24/7 support but it does not. They won't respond now and the 1100 that was in my account they Removed all but the 105 which is the max cash out for the promo. That's normal but the not responding to me now over 105 bucks seems not a smart business decision for a new startup. They are related to slotocash I think cause it looks like the same design. If they will hold to their own word and cash me out, I might consider updating this review. As long as they ignore me I'll be seeking every way to review them accordingly. Update: cryptoloko called me and once they got my kyc confirmed they sent me the 105 which arrived today so 8 days. I don't play at casinos unless it's really instant cash out
