This is a follow-up to my previous 4 star review. I finally got paid $383 is why I wrote that. Now I have been waiting for over a week and my $50 withdrawl is still pending. Five emails later no response, just the generic 72 hr we'll get back to ya....ya ya ya. Also the response to my last review was "ya that "Chat Outage" was unreal, glad we got that fixed".. such B.S. Anyway there we go just more Cryptoloko Hot Air Too bad they don't just be straight up about paying out. People would likely be patient, and the casino might make it. Something tells me they've done this before though. ⭐⭐⭐ I am updating this review on Jan 25th. I am pleased that that on Jan. 24th I received my requested payout from Cryptoloko. Fun to play but withdraws aren't as rapid as they say, u hit big on bonuses and play thru is achievable, but will give better rating if withdraw goes thru and at a decent time.

I gave 3 stars because it's been 3 days since I withdrew my winnings & it finally got approved today but still not sent to my Bitcoin wallet. When my deposit hits I'll definitely change it to 5 stars being I didn't spend any cash & I hit off of a free chip that I was offered.

Great casino but they are NOT honest about their withdrawal times. The marketing claims “within minutes” but my current withdrawal request has been pending for over 72 hours. They claimed only the 1st withdrawal should take that long so I’m not sure why my 2nd withdrawal is taking longer than my first? The chat option is currently not working either.
