I wouldn't recommend depositing your $ on Crypto Loko because they make it almost impossible to withdraw your winnings.I occasionally play their free slot roll tournaments. I've placed in the top 3 spots previously but decided to just play through my winnings rather than withdraw them. This morning I placed 1st and $51 was added to my account. I made sure to read through all of the T&C before I attempted to request a withdrawal. It states clearly "In order to withdraw winnings from these tournaments, players must have made a minimum of one deposit and deposited within the last 3 months." I deposited in September and only have played a few tournaments since then so I figured I'd be all set to withdraw but that wasn't the case. Apparently if you scroll down a few more sections after it states what I included above it then states that you "must deposit in between each free tournament in order to be eligible to withdraw" Those statements should be side by side but instead they make you believe you'll be able to withdraw if you made a deposit within the last 3 months. I feel completely taken advantage of and will not ever be depositing at Crypto Loko again and will also be reaching out to the BBB in regards to the sneaky way they have their T&Cs laid out

Just played bonus through they wouldn't allow me to withdrawal I continued to play and was up over $300 that said I can't get my winnings I made in fair bet because I have not deposited money which is ridiculous I was unaware of this as well if that's the case then don't allow me to play with the bonuses until I've deposited. I'll tell you for the measly $50 I would've cashed out they have lost much more I will never deposit a dime.

Don't bother to gamble on this site because they will never pay you! On two separate occasions I had gotten a promotional amount of play in free chips. If you've never played with a bonus on an online site they require that you gamble a certain amount of money before you can cash out to ensure that you just don't get their free money and leave. It's called the playthrough amount. I played that free play so much that I actually past the playthrough amount you're supposed to play that prevents you from withdrawing you're winnings. At that time I'm supposed to be able to withdraw the amount from the casino. However the casino refused to cash out my winnings! The casino said that they weren't going to pay me because I had gotten a free play without depositing money first. That wasn't in the rules that I saw when they gave me the free play they told me all I had to do was play through the playthrough amount. nowhere was it written if you get a free chip twice in a row you can't get it get paid. I'm not talking about hundreds of dollars here I'm talking about 50 bucks. This casino is so tight and so worried about losing that when you actually follow the rules and gamble enough to go past The play through amount, they still won't pay you! Just to verify how bad these guys are at paying. I made two withdrawals the same day. They spew some crap about 7-10 days for review and then anotehr 7-10 approval all of which is a lie. My first withdrawal took 27 BUSINESS DAYS to get approved and then they say that the second withdrawal only starts afternthe other one was approved so now its been ovwr six weeks and im only 7 days in and have to wait!! On 5 September I purchased 50 usd chips with my loyaly bonuses. However it wasn't added to the account. Don't gamble here. They won't cash out when you win big. I had $50,000 in winnings and they cashed out about 2k of it then stonewalled me for 3.weeks on the rest until I gambled it away. Lousy excuses and lies for not cashing out my withdrawal requests. Different agent promising it's all good but they simply did.not cash me out.
