Hello! Crypto loko is cool. I like playing at the casino & winning when its possible. But I do have two questions. 1. I gained back my vip status about two weeks ago. But I noticed coindraw is no longer an option to choose when requesting a withdrawal. Why? I placed an withdrawal request on 07/17 & it was approved on 07/21. I was told that I have to wait 7 days before receiving it due to the fact i used bitcoin & not coindraw. I thought as a vip member, I'm allowed to choose between either method. Correct me if I'm wrong. 2. I've contacted support about the error message I keep receiving when trying to play the jackpot game. But I'm not receiving any help. The error message states there is a problem with the internet connection and I know its not me. Can you please offer an logical explanation as to why I keep receiving this message? Thanks! I played my 105 spin sign up bonus and completed the playthrough. When I looked at the withdrawal conditions it said verify and deposit $10 then you can withdrawal. At the time I had $81. So I deposited $10 and request withdrawal. 24 hours later my request was cancelled with no explanation and nobody to talk to. Never a reply from the email. So I played a little and request $100. I requested a withdrawal of $50 on Thursday and Friday morning my withdrawal was approved and the funds were removed from my account but I didnt recieve any funds which is odd because from my experience if the funds are removed from my account it means they should appear in my bitcoin wallet but they didnt. So I requested to chat with an agent which I was told it takes 7 to 10 DAYS for me to recieve my funds and yet the funds are removed from the account and this casino has never taken more than hours to pay. I spoke to two more agents and one said they will take 72 hrs to appear in my account but I still haven't recieved any funds and worst of all I still don't know where my funds are because they are not in my account or in my wallet. Though I was a bit skeptic I ended up getting paid after the weekend perhaps I'd suggest withdrawal via coindraw as i was informed its more effecient, Thanks anyway.
